We collect the information you provide to us directly (name, contact details, financial and tax information necessary for bookkeeping service delivery), as well as limited technical data when browsing our website (IP address, browser type).

2. Use of information

The information collected is used exclusively for: providing the agreed bookkeeping and accounting services; billing; communicating with the client; and complying with our legal and tax obligations.

3. Sharing of information

Your information is never sold. It may be shared only with: tax authorities (CRA) as part of your legal obligations; our cloud service providers (QuickBooks Online, Wave, Sage, Microsoft 365), all bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements; and any other party with your explicit consent.

4. Data security

We apply two-factor authentication, end-to-end cloud encryption, automatic daily backups, and confidentiality agreements signed with every client.

5. Data retention

Financial documents are retained for the minimum period required by the Canada Revenue Agency, which is six years following the end of the relevant tax year.

This site uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used without your explicit consent.

7. Your rights

You may at any time request access to your personal information, request its correction, or withdraw your consent to certain uses, by contacting us.
